Overview

Affirm is seeking a Compliance Lead who will support efforts to mature the company’s Fair Lending Program, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Risk, Audit, or Bank Regulatory.
• Excellent organizational and relationship skills.
• Strong interest in fintech and consumer finance.
• Experience with consumer financial regulations.
• Inquisitive and proactive in proposing solutions.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
