Overview

The Sales Support Consultant will assist in supporting new business quoting for commercial health customers, collaborating with field sales and service teams to enhance the sales process.

In Short

  • Support overall new business quoting for commercial health customers.
  • Review and process RFPs (proposal requests).
  • Articulate value propositions with Sales Executives and Account Managers.
  • Coordinate with sales and underwriting for timely proposal submissions.
  • Manage multiple prospects and sales support activities.
  • Follow up with underwriters, brokers, and plan sponsors as needed.
  • Opportunity to transition into a Sales Executive position in the future.
  • Full-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 40.
  • Remote work option available.

Requirements

  • Excel experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • 1+ years of health insurance experience preferred.
  • High school diploma is required.
