Overview

As a Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team, you will interact with members telephonically to inspire healthy behaviors and improve health outcomes for the Medicare population.

Requirements

  • Professional communication and active listening skills.
  • High computer literacy and troubleshooting ability.
  • Experience in a call center or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS screening measures.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • 2+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • Medical certification is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to meet members' needs.
  • Experience with behavior change is preferred.
