Overview

As a Health Advocate - Call Coordinator at CVS Health, you will monitor calls and cases to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.

In Short

  • Monitor calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Perform outbound calls for information gathering and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
  • Organize training sessions for internal staff.
  • Provide administrative support for the Shipping Department.
  • Document all customer correspondence and maintain confidential records.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments.
  • Handle requests for amended reports and data entry errors.
  • Assist with various clerical duties as assigned.
  • Work full-time with a commitment to customer care.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience required.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience required.
  • 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant preferred.
  • Previous Distribution Center experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
