Overview

As a Health Advocate - Call Coordinator, you will monitor calls and cases in the Service Center to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support while adhering to compliance standards.

  • Flexibility to perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Previous Distribution Center experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
