Requirements

• 5+ years as a Registered Nurse with hospital experience.
• 1+ years of case management experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in the state of residence.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) or ability to obtain within 3 years.
• Preferred supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with MCG, NCCN, or Lexicomp is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associates required, Bachelor's preferred.
