Technical Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the linchpin in ensuring a smooth, empowering, and efficient start for new clients. You’ll work directly with aesthetic practices to implement parts of our CRM, configure integrations, and implement AI solutions.

In Short

• Set up integrations with platforms such as Zenoti, Nextech, PatientNow, Boulevard, Meta Ads, CallRail, and more.
• Customize pipelines, automations, contact imports, and marketing settings.
• Implement DNS records for Mailgun and domains on Godaddy, Cloudflare, & other providers.
• Configure AI solutions based on company approved prompts for conversational and voice AI products.
• Create training documentation or screen recordings for clients as needed.
• Proactively identify training gaps and address them with self-serve or 1:1 solutions.
• Manage technical onboarding tasks via Clickup.
• Escalate technical or data migration issues to engineering/support when appropriate.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to align onboarding outcomes with account growth and long-term success.
• Assist in technical support tickets when raised to level 2 specialist.
• Develop help articles to address gaps in documentation to help customers find answers faster.
