HR and Recruitment Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment Lead to oversee HR functions. In this role, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, assist accounting in payroll related activities, compliance, and employee relations to support our team of virtual assistants serving U.S. clients.

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of employees
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work culture
• Assist our accounting team in payroll processing and government-mandated benefits
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws
• Support performance evaluations, training initiatives, and career development programs
• Handle logistical HR tasks such as equipment procurement and document signing

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be based in Cebu City or nearby
