As we continue our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a Head of Growth to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, build a scalable sales engine, and accelerate customer acquisition across Switzerland—with many more European markets to follow.

In Short

• Develop and implement a holistic growth strategy focused on direct-to-consumer.
• Build and manage a high-performing direct sales funnel.
• Execute marketing campaigns and rapid experiments across various channels.
• Oversee market entry strategies as Aeon expands across Switzerland and into Europe.
• Collaborate with product teams to optimize conversion funnels and customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development.
• High-growth mindset and comfortable in a startup environment.
• International go-to-market expertise with successful market launches.
• Data-driven and thrives in analytics and experimentation.
• Fluency in English; German and French is a plus.
• Experienced in leadership and team building across diverse functions.
