Join us at Aeon as we shape the future of preventive healthcare. We’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious Customer Success Manager to become the first hire in this function—laying the foundation for an outstanding customer experience.

In Short

  • Help build our support and success function from the ground up
  • Help define processes, tools, and workflows for scale
  • Take ownership early and grow into senior roles across operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers and partners
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends for service improvements
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally
  • Represent Aeon as a brand ambassador

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success or support, preferably in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
  • Native level German speaker required; Swiss-German & French proficiency is a strong plus
