Requirements

• Three years’ experience completing Property Needs Assessments.
• Understanding of client needs in transactional due diligence.
• Experience with HUD guidelines preferred.
• Advanced technical writing skills required.
• Background in architecture, engineering, or construction management recommended.
• Firm grasp of spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage stairs and climb ladders within safety guidelines.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; knowledge of Quire preferred.
