Overview

The Sr Director, Capture Management will lead major business pursuits in the Global Program Management Business Line at AECOM, focusing on strategic capture management and sales efforts.

• Lead major program management pursuits as a consultative sales process leader.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Capture Managers to close new business.
• Assist in developing and implementing the GPgM BL Growth Plan.
• Coordinate with GPgM Strategy and Growth Leadership.
• Drive the sales process and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline.
• Support pre-positioning and differentiation strategies for major programs.
• Contribute to the Go/No Go process and capture management planning.
• Develop strategic marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
• Lead strategy meetings and coach interview teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus extensive experience in pursuits at a Director/Vice President level.
• Demonstrated skills in business development strategy and client engagement.
• Proven track record of winning major pursuits and capturing new business.
• High energy, outgoing, and self-motivated individual.
• Knowledge of Program Management services and major markets preferred.
