Marketing Proposal Specialist - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Marketing Proposal Specialist to work in collaboration with the East Region business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations.

In Short

• Work remotely with a focus on proposal preparation and marketing.
• Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals.
• Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals.
• Facilitate color reviews and apply lessons learned to proposals.
• Participate in go/no-go and green light analyses.
• Complete internal debriefs for proposals based on client feedback.
• Liaise with business line teams to develop marketing information.
• Provide guidance to entry-level proposal team members.
• Perform self-checks of work prior to submission for review.
• Support special projects as required.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 4 years of experience in marketing proposal activities.
• Understanding of proposal strategy development and compliance.
• Experience producing RFQ/RFP submittals.
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or Marketing.
• Working knowledge of the A/E industry.
• Experience with InDesign software.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of CRM Salesforce is a plus.
