Overview

The Marketing Manager and Proposal Lead for the US Navy will lead key proposals and presentations, guiding the team from pre-RFP positioning through to the interview stage. This role requires strong leadership, compliance focus, and proposal writing skills.

Requirements

  • BA/BS + 8 years of relevant proposal experience.
  • Experience in US Federal and/or DoD sectors preferred.
  • Strong proposal writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of A/E industry and federal clients.
  • APMP/SMPS certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diplomacy skills.
  • Professional demeanor and discretion with sensitive issues.
  • Strong initiative and commitment to project completion.
