Senior BIM Manager, Data Centers - Remote

Overview

The Senior BIM Manager will lead and support hyperscale Data Center projects, ensuring quality and compliance while collaborating with the global BIM team.

• Lead project BIM Managers across U.S. Data Center Projects.
• Ensure adherence to AECOM and client standards.
• Manage the creation and oversight of BIM models for ACS and MEP systems.
• Maintain BIM data formats, templates, and libraries.
• Act as escalation point for BIM issues and client requests.
• Ensure BIM data integrity and continuous improvement.
• Serve as Technical Quality Reviewer for BIM deliverables.
• Utilize multiple application platforms including Revit software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM.
• 3 years of experience in BIM management.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Creative problem solver with analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
