Overview

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to one or more executives, performing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating diaries, preparing materials for meetings, organizing and managing data, and liaising with other departments.

In Short

  • Coordinate closely with executives in maintaining their diaries.
  • Work closely with executives on prioritizing administrative activities.
  • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Practice confidentiality and maintain high business ethics.
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations.
  • Assist in staging virtual and in-person events.
  • Oversee correspondences for the executive.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Conduct research and data gathering.

Requirements

  • Open for night shift schedule to support AMER Region.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience in the same industry.
  • Experience with MS 365 required.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate documentation.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple demands and deadlines.
  • Experience working with a global team.
  • Good understanding of administrative and vendor support functions.
  • Experience with project coordination and budget tracking.
