Overview

AECOM is seeking a Seller – Client Account Manager with expertise in environmental remediation and account management to support business growth and client engagement.

In Short

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand AECOM’s environmental remediation services.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities in the public and private sectors.
  • Leverage an existing book of clients to generate sales and secure high-value environmental projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and present proposals, technical solutions, and service offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to align with client needs and financial objectives.
  • Provide industry insight and stay updated on environmental regulations, compliance standards, and emerging trends.
  • Support cross-business collaboration to provide integrated environmental solutions across multiple sectors.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the long-term strategic vision of AECOM.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Business or other related fields AND 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, and environmental remediation services.
  • Successful candidate must pass a background and motor vehicle records check.
