Overview

AECOM is seeking a Seller – Client Account Manager with expertise in environmental remediation and account management to support business growth and client engagement.

In Short

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand AECOM’s environmental remediation services.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities.
  • Leverage an existing book of clients to generate sales.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Provide industry insight and stay updated on regulations.
  • Support cross-business collaboration for integrated solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Business or related field AND 8+ years of experience.
  • Successful candidate must pass a background check.
  • 10+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations.
  • Established industry relationships.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics.
