BIM Coordinator (Civils) - Remote

Overview

The BIM Coordinator (Civils) at AECOM is responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on civils projects, offering a hybrid work schedule that includes both office and remote work opportunities.

In Short

• Execute BIM Implementation strategy on complex international projects.
• Provide CDE administration and manage permissions for project teams.
• Lead project coordination workflows and clash detection.
• Coordinate smart object metadata with asset information databases.
• Provide technical support on 3D modelling and data management.
• Integrate Point Clouds in federated model datasets.
• Produce 4D construction simulations.
• Support the creation of smart object content libraries.
• Drive consistency in BIM standards across regions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable portfolio of civil and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in multi-discipline coordination and clash detection.
• Advanced user of Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, and/or ACC Model Coordination.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 framework.
• Experience resolving model issues in Civil 3D and Revit.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWise.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM and Digital Delivery.
