Graphic Designer Specialist II - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work with our Americas regions communications team. This role is responsible for developing visually compelling designs that enhance our brand, support internal and external communications campaigns, and communicate key messages effectively across digital platforms.

In Short

• Create engaging graphics, layouts, and visual assets for various channels.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare high-quality designs optimized for digital distribution.
• Develop social media graphics and promotional materials.
• Assist in designing PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with communications professionals and other designers.
• Support basic editing and enhancement of images.
• Support basic editing and enhancement of short-form videos.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Express).
• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
