Overview

The Automation Sub-Section Manager will work in close partnership with engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation within the design process, collaborating extensively to develop scripts and code that streamline processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

• Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Ability to influence and lead small to medium-sized teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Secret level.
• Ability to resolve problems collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities effectively.
