Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in professional coding.
  • 3 years of experience in educating licensed clinicians.
  • Must hold relevant coding certifications (e.g., CCA, CCS-P, CPC).
  • Advanced training in Medical Coding Specialist.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related activities.
