Overview

This position involves supporting the transformation of federal classification and qualification standards to a skills-driven framework, working closely with various experts to align policies with modern assessment practices.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Familiarity with federal hiring regulations.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policy guidance.
