Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Instructional Designer will act as a learning partner/consultant and will be a key member of one of the most skilled design teams in the tech industry. Your role will be to maintain and create educational design standards for an array of company products and training purposes.

• Utilize developmental design thinking principles to solve user experience issues.
• Build eLearning courses using a rapid authoring tool.
• Manage multiple projects effectively.
• Design and develop innovative eLearning experience standards.
• Act as an e-learning consultant during all stages of production.
• Create engaging training programs at scale.
• Create assessments including quiz questions.
• Partner with content and skills experts.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in designing and developing learning products.
• 1-2 years of visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing eLearning products.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience with Evolve or Articulate 360.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and storyboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in project management software.
