Overview

The Senior Program Manager, Faculty, is responsible for supporting and creating faculty education and training at Chamberlain University, guiding faculty growth and ensuring continuous quality improvement in teaching and learning.

• Support and create faculty education and training.
• Guide faculty in rank and promotion activities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• 5+ years of related experience in higher education.
• 3+ years of academic leadership experience.
• 3+ years of online teaching experience.
• 3+ years of curriculum development experience.
• Knowledge of andragogy in higher education.
• Proficiency in project management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Current RN license (Preferred).
