• Directly manage and mentor Program Managers.
• Own program calendar and oversee cohort scheduling.

• Lead hiring efforts for delivery roles.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program management or operations in venture ecosystems.
• Experience founding or co-founding a technology startup.
• Familiarity with the venture ecosystem in core hub markets.
• Strong people management and coaching experience.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
