Overview

Walden University is seeking part-time Contributing Faculty members to educate students in a respectful online environment, using appropriate technology and resources.

In Short

• Part-time teaching role for online courses.
• Facilitate student learning through timely communication.

• Requires attendance at residencies, if applicable.

Requirements

• PhD in relevant field required.
• 3+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• 2+ years of online instruction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online learning tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with distance learning preferred.
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications.
• Ability to provide mentoring and support to students.
• Commitment to research and academic integrity.
• Must be accessible to students outside of scheduled class times.
