Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• 3+ years experience in change management and project management.
• Special Skills: facilitation, process mapping, policy creation.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with partners.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a Subject Matter Expert in their area.
