Overview

The Investor Relations Manager at H.B. Fuller is responsible for board reporting, financial analysis, investor research, and coordination of IR activities within a leading adhesives company.

In Short

  • Gather competitive intelligence and conduct quarterly financial analysis on competitors.
  • Assist in Board reporting with timely information.
  • Conduct financial analysis for investor communications.
  • Interact with analysts and investors for financial information requests.
  • Maintain IR communications materials and assist in planning IR events.
  • Conduct equity valuation metrics modeling and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for investor calls and earnings releases.
  • Conduct industry research to provide insights to executive management.
  • Manage vendor coordination for contract renewals and payments.
  • Facilitate financial analyst meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, treasury, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
