Overview

The Production Operator I is responsible for operating equipment and managing processes related to the production of adhesives and sealants at H.B. Fuller, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

• Operate production equipment and manage processes.
• Prepare raw materials and packaging for production.
• Monitor equipment to maintain desired run rates.
• Conduct initial testing and product release.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging of final products.

• No prior experience required, but preferred experience in an industrial environment.

• Knowledge of common software programs (MS Office).
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an industrial environment.
