Overview

The Senior Director, Intellectual Property, Contract and Licensing Counsel at ADC Therapeutics is responsible for IP strategy and licensing support, managing global patent and trademark portfolios, and providing legal advice for IP-related matters.

In Short

• Manage global patent and trademark portfolios.
• Coordinate interactions with external counsel and oversee IP budget.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited ABA law school.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO preferred.
• 7-10 years of legal experience in pharma/biotech.
• Understanding of patent law and IP strategy.
• Strong transactional experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
