Hematology Therapeutic Specialist – Northern California - Remote

Overview

The Hematology Therapeutic Specialist will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals and driving demand for ZYNLONTA® in Northern California, Reno, and Hawaii, contributing to ADC Therapeutics' mission to transform cancer therapy.

In Short

• Achieve or exceed sales goals for hematology therapeutic products.
• Develop understanding of accounts and customer sentiment.
• Call on medical centers and oncology practices.
• Become an expert on ZYNLONTA® clinical profile.
• Provide customer service and education on ZYNLONTA®.
• Create effective territory management and account plans.
• Comply with laws and company policies.
• Participate in training and demonstrate market knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks in compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry preferred.
• Oncology/Hematology experience preferred.
• Experience with buy and bill products preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 4 days/week as needed.
• Must comply with credentialing.
