Associate Director, Regional Marketing (Mid-Atlantic Region) - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Regional Marketer role is part of ADC Therapeutics' Marketing department, focused on engaging key thought leaders and leveraging regional marketing opportunities.

In Short

• Lead and execute regional marketing plans.
• Work with Agency of Record to develop and execute strategies.
• Identify and engage local and regional thought leaders.
• Develop and execute regional advisory boards.
• Attend key regional and national conferences for insights.
• Coordinate local Patient Advocacy events.
• Manage agency partnerships and budget allocations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor competitive landscape and community beliefs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; healthcare certification preferred.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Product launch experience in hematology or oncology.
• Direct experience with hematology thought leaders.
• 2+ years in marketing or related commercial roles.
• Field sales or market access leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial issues in hematology/oncology.
• Exceptional presentation and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to explain complex clinical data.
• 40-50% domestic travel required.
