Overview

The Associate Director, Regional Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to support BeiGene's hematology oncology products, collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

• Develop and execute KOL customer strategies for hematology oncology products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• 3+ years in Hematology Oncology preferred.
• Experience with US marketplace launches.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with KOLs.
• Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and results-oriented mindset.
