Overview

We’re building a next-generation platform that combines ecommerce operations, global talent, and AI-powered automation into a single growth engine for modern ecommerce brands.

This isn’t a traditional marketing role.

As Head of Growth, you’ll design and own the revenue strategy across a portfolio of businesses serving ecommerce brands. You’ll work closely with leadership to unlock new acquisition channels, partnerships, and AI-enabled offerings.

If you love building revenue systems, launching new offers, and turning strategy into scalable growth, this role gives you the autonomy and ownership to make it happen.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling revenue in a SaaS, ecommerce, or services environment
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem (Amazon, Shopify, DTC)
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and distribution channels
  • Experience with growth marketing, funnels, or revenue operations
  • Background in enterprise sales, outbound growth, or strategic partnerships
  • Ability to design scalable growth systems, not just campaigns
