Overview

The Culture and Engagement Manager at The Adaptavist Group will support the People Experience team in aligning the business and its people through culture, engagement, and well-being initiatives.

In Short

• Execute a strategy for Culture and Engagement.
• Drive a culture of collaboration across the PEx function.
• Lead internal employee voice surveys and interpret results.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement.
• Drive wellbeing initiatives across the group.
• Provide expert advice on culture change.
• Collaborate with the Talent team on EVP.
• Seek opportunities for awards in Engagement and Culture.
• Support HR with onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and leading culture/engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Broad understanding of DEI responsibilities.
• Experience in change management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
