In Short

• Plan and execute engaging employee events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent.
• Partner with the HR Director to design and deliver impactful training and learning opportunities.
• Maintain precise HR records, ensuring all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including Illinois employment laws.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (Paycor, Workday, ADP, or BambooHR).
• Familiarity with ATS (Jobvite, Greenhouse, Zoho or similar).
• Knowledge of LMS to support employee development programs.
• Strong grasp of U.S. labor laws and compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEOC) with an understanding of Illinois-specific regulations.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
• Spanish as a second language is a plus.
