Overview

Ada Developers Academy (Ada) is a non-profit, tuition-free coding school dedicated to preparing women and gender expansive adults to become software developers while advocating for inclusive and equitable work environments.

• Oversee a robust foundation grants pipeline.
• Support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts.
• Manage annual fundraising campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct research on grant writing trends and funding opportunities.
• Possess strong writing and relationship-building skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Track and manage grant deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain an organized grant pipeline and calendar.
• Build and maintain communication with donors.
• Process monthly gift reports and maintain grant tracking in CRM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of fundraising and development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Full fluency with Salesforce CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Proven track record of successful grant writing.
• Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
