The Vice President of HR and Talent Acquisition will lead a dynamic HR team and serve as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring alignment between workforce planning, organizational development, and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of People/HR management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree; Master's or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.
• Experience leading diverse global teams.
• Demonstrated success in organizational change and M&A integration.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to inspire and align team with company culture.
• Strong understanding of tech stack and people analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
