Overview

The Senior Program Operations Specialist at Acumatica is responsible for managing partner inquiries, ensuring compliance, and overseeing communications with stakeholders to enhance partner operations.

Triage and respond to inbound partner inquiries.
Monitor partner compliance and manage communications.
Oversee partner onboarding and account setup.
Manage legal requirements and agreement amendments.
Administer partner communications and newsletters.
Maintain data integrity in CRM systems.
Support event planning and logistics management.
Assist with various team projects as needed.

Requirements

Understanding of SaaS business and operations.
Knowledge of relational databases and CRM tools.
Familiarity with channel programs.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
Strong communication skills in English.
