Senior Application Support Specialist (L1) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Application Support Specialist, you will directly interact with our partners and customers ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through technical mentoring, coaching and consulting services, as well as acting as a client advocate to resolve issues, and to improve process and the application.

• Provide first level direct support to partners and customers.

Requirements

• Understanding of accounting principles and/or business practices.
• College Degree in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of experience at an ERP company.
• Experience communicating with a global customer base.
• Experience as an end-user of business management software.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with Bill of Materials management.
• Familiarity with inventory valuation methods.
• Experience coaching/mentoring teammates.
• Ability to handle high-priority issues independently.
