Overview

As a Senior Application Support Specialist at Acumatica, you will be responsible for providing first-level ERP support to partners and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through technical mentoring and problem resolution.

In Short

  • Provide first level direct ERP support to partners and customers.
  • Become proficient with Acumatica’s product suite.
  • Troubleshoot application-related issues via phone/chat and web meetings.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Manage client technical service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate proactively with accounts regarding product information.
  • Document client inquiries and provide feedback to R&D.
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance support quality.
  • Participate in projects to expand client support offerings.

Requirements

  • Understanding of accounting principles and business practices.
  • College Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2-5 years of experience with business management software.
  • Experience delivering support via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
