Overview

We’re helping our client, find a driven, hyper-organized operator to serve as the right hand to the founder. This role is not your average project manager, it’s a hybrid of operations lead, strategic executor and executive assistant with authority. The person in this role will translate the founder’s vision into reality by managing cross-functional projects, ensuring accountability and building scalable systems.

In Short

  • Act as a direct extension of the founder—absorbing vision, strategy, and goals and ensuring execution.
  • Own infrastructure handoffs from founder to teams with clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Serve as the founder’s eyes and ears across departments, filtering updates and reporting actionable summaries.
  • Oversee multi-departmental projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Facilitate communication, track timelines, and hold teams accountable for milestones.
  • Manage and refine ClickUp dashboards, spaces, and processes.
  • Implement and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
  • Deliver weekly project status reports to the founder.
  • Confidently communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned, on-task, and motivated.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management and operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to remove bottlenecks.
  • Ability to document SOPs and process improvements.
  • Experience in AI-powered workflow optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in reporting and delivering updates.
