Requirements

• 6+ years in operations management or strategy.
• Experience in the Payments Industry, Fintechs, and Digital Banks.
• Strong professional network and relationship-building skills.
• Proven project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Open to travel and working across time zones.
