Overview

A fast-growing consumer brand is deploying code multiple times a week across its busy e-commerce site, mobile apps, and internal tools. To ensure quality and reliability, we’re looking for detail-oriented QA professionals who can identify issues before end-users do—protecting both revenue and internal workflows.

In Short

• Validate all new builds through various testing methods.
• Conduct comprehensive edge-case testing.
• Develop and maintain detailed test cases.
• Create actionable defect reports in Jira.
• Identify functional and visual regressions.

• 3–5 years of QA experience required.
• Proven expertise in testing web and mobile apps.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of QA experience in high-traffic consumer products or SaaS platforms.
• Proven expertise in testing both web storefronts and native mobile apps.
• Strong command of test-case management tools and bug tracking tools.
• Excellent attention to detail for spotting bugs and issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools and API testing suites.
• Experience testing consumer-facing platforms and internal tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
