In Short

  • Part-time position with remote work.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities.
  • Draft and respond to emails and key messages.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and partnerships.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist with social media and newsletter content.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and partners.
  • Conduct research and prepare materials for special projects.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Opportunity for long-term extension after 6 months.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in administrative support or project coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Creative mindset aligned with the studio's mission.
  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in document organization and vendor management.
  • Ability to work during U.S. Eastern or Central hours.
