Overview

The Technical Implementation Advisor will lead the customer technical onboarding and post-implementation success for Actian's data catalog and intelligence platform, ensuring customers successfully adopt solutions and maximize value over time.

• Lead technical onboarding for new customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical implementation or consulting.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects.
• Knowledge of APIs, software development, and data pipelines.
• Proven success in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in leading technical enablement or workshops.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
