Overview

Acorns is looking for a Paid Acquisition Marketing Manager II to join our Growth team and drive high-quality subscriber growth through deeper Google Paid Search and App Campaign (UAC) experimentation, data-led optimization, and strategic testing.

In Short

  • Own and optimize Google Paid Search and App Campaigns (UAC).
  • Design and execute a robust experimentation roadmap.
  • Drive strategic AI initiatives to improve Paid Search efficiency.
  • Refine internal reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience managing Google Paid Search and UAC.
  • Experience driving acquisition across Apple Search Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset - proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Passion for using AI and automation to improve media efficiency.
  • A test-and-learn mentality with attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
