Overview

The ACLU seeks a full-time position of Senior Director, Human Resources (Total Rewards, Policy, HRIS, & Administration) in the Human Resources department of the ACLU’s National office in New York, NY. This is a hybrid role that has in-office requirements of two (2) days per week or eight (8) days per month.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in Human Resources.
• Expertise in benefits administration and compensation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with HR Data Analytics.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Advanced degree in HR or related field preferred.
• PHR, SPHR certification preferred.
