As an Inside Sales Representative- Loan Sales Consultant II on our Achieve Personal Loan team, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions.

In Short

• Contact borrowers via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process.
• Utilize strong communication and critical thinking skills to engage borrowers and drive transactions to close.
• Manage a sales pipeline of up to 20 transactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Remote work available in the Tampa and Orlando, FL metro market.
• Start date: January 26th, 2026.
• Available shifts include working at least 1 weekend day.
• 8-hour shift between 8:00am-10:00pm (EST).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an inside sales representative.
• Experience in a fast-paced call center and short sales cycle environment.
• Proven success in a commission-driven environment.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
